Our Team

Lauda Financial was founded by a small team with decades of combined experience across corporate banking, health and wealth — from wealth tech and platforms powering financial advisors, to data infrastructure, consumer-facing products, marketing and user experience, to building and scaling entrepreneurial ventures from the ground up.

We believe those backgrounds — serving clients across so many tools and platforms, and as users ourselves along the way — position us to solve some of the most important financial and health spending challenges facing businesses and individuals today.

The problems we are working on — helping businesses, employers, wealth managers, and individuals better understand and optimize their benefits, finances, insurance, taxes, and healthcare spending — do not live neatly inside any single industry. And most companies trying to solve them are constrained by their vendors, data providers, or their own legacy infrastructure in ways that make delivering a modern, simple experience to the end user nearly impossible.

We believe a different approach is needed. One that balances comprehensive tools with simplicity — products that are light, easy to use, and do most of the work for you. Too many products today require you to be an industry expert or power user just to get what you need. Others are decent but only scratch the surface, solving one problem in isolation. We believe you need to understand the fuller picture to build the better product — one that helps you effortlessly solve for your specific needs.

Our backgrounds give us something rare: the expertise to build from scratch where it matters, combined with the freedom of starting clean. No inherited tech debt, no legacy constraints, and no short-term reporting pressures pulling focus from the product. In this modern technology era, that combination lets us build differently — and the people who use our products and the businesses that partner with us benefit directly from it.
